It’s week #2 here at Parables of a Crafter!! We opened our internet doors last week and it’s been a flurry of activity ever since!!

If you’re new to our site, please be sure to stop over to the previous post for our publication call, this is sure to catch you up on what’s going on!

If you haven’t quite caught on to what we’re looking to accomplish, it’s really quite simple…..

We’re putting together an “Interactive, Christian Crafters” book which will be like no other book you have experienced!! This is a “One of a Kind” Inspiration book for crafters and we want you to be a part of it!

There is one additional “surprise” element which we can’t tell you about {not just yet!}. We just can’t give all our secrets away!! What I can tell you is that there are over 20 people in the background of this project moving it forward to completion but they can’t do their jobs successfully if you don’t submit your creations!!The more submissions we receive, the more choices our judges have to select from and ultimately, the best selection becomes a part of the book which you get to be inspired by! So really…it’s a full circle kind of thing and it starts and ends with you!!

On to this week’s publication calls!! REMINDER:: Last week’s publication calls -two of them- have a deadline of Saturday, June 9, 2012 for submission.

Two more publication calls this week and I’ll tell you what….Mr. Bivens (our incredibly gifted photographer!) has stepped up the moxie on these 2 photographs!! If you have any questions regarding the photographs, please be sure to visit Mr. Bivens page where you can submit your questions and comments to him directly!

Mark your calendars:::The deadline for submissions for these two Publication Calls is Saturday, June 16, 2012. To submit your card creations, please visit our “52 Parables Publication Guidelines” page for details.

These Publication Calls are “Anything Goes” which means you decide how the photographs inspire you….how cool is that!!

And Remember…. “Your card is your story……always create what you love and be sure to share!”
