Perfect Sentiments – A Winter Farewell

This weeks challenge at Perfect Sentiments  is to create a card with a sentiment for winter / use a winter image or any embellishments, embossing folders, etc. To give your card a winter feel. Go ahead and think outside of the box if you want to....cups of cocoa, etc. A bright, cheery wintery card will definitely warm the heart of your recipient! This is a special challenge for me this week as it will be my last challenge as a design team member with Perfect Sentiments. I have enjoyed this group of ladies and have been blessed to learn from them over the past year. Perfect Sentiments – A Metal Birthday

Happy New Year! Can you believe another year has come and gone and with it, we have each added to our bucket of memories and lessons learned haven't we? I'm looking forward to a new year full of new experiences and new memories and of course... New things to create!! Woohoo! Alrighty then....moving on... The first challenge of 2013 for Perfect Sentiments  is to create a card with a birthday sentiment. Perfect Sentiments – Clean & Simple Thanksgiving Card

This week our challenge at the Perfect Sentiments blog is to create a card with a sentiment for Fall/Thanksgiving. Our "Twist" this week is to make it CAS (clean & simple!) I love, love love CAS cards because they take us back to the basics don't they? Although, if we focus much of our creativity on the really involved creations, we can also find it difficult to create something simple too. Hello to all of my wonderful blog friends! I've been a bit absent the past few weeks, recovering from an unexpected back surgery. If I continue to have situations such as this as I get older, I'll predict that I'll one day be qualified as "bionic"! - wouldn't that be wonderful!  Thanks to so many wonderful crafter's who took time to send me a beautiful card, as well as others with thoughts and prayers.
