Strength Hope Faith – Finding A Cure

Good morning everyone and welcome back for another post supporting breast cancer and finding a cure! I was browsing the internet and came across a similar layout which I just fell in love with! Notice the image on these two creations? Yes! It's the same image that was used in my previous post which you can read about here. (The image, created by Krista Smith, Saturated Canary LLC is called “Boobie Love”) Since this is a digital image, I was able to resize it and make her bigger with focus on her upper body. Bursting Black and White

Hi everyone! It's me.....it's early....and I've got something new to share! I'm good with #1 & #3.... it's #2 - the "it's early" thing that I'm not sparkly about. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful and blessed to be able to walk through another day and I don't take this for granted. It's the "early" thing that rocks my smile this morning. We have a "ginormous" king size bed with a pillow top mattress.....oh yeah, this thing is the center of my sleeping universe!! It's soft and enfolds me in warmth and coziness each night that I go to bed. Wherever you hail from, I trust your weekend is going well! Living in Florida, we are blessed with sunny skies, a cool breeze and plenty to do! Perfect Sentiments – Mothers Day Card

Back again for another great challenge over at the Perfect Sentiments challenge blog! This week we're going to create a card with a sentiment for Mother's Day. Our "Twist" this week is to Use at least three of the five colors for the color story to create your card. Here is the color story we're using this week: Here's my contribution for this weeks challenge:  I decided to use the lattice technique on my card this week, not for any special reason....just because I love how this looks on a card. Add this technique to this weeks color combination and you've got yourself a beautiful creation! Hello everyone and welcome to Thursday! I'm at home juggling multiple projects in preparation of some really big news that will be announced very soon!! Lots of "behind the scenes" work to get done before the news comes to life, but I do know that I need to occassionally create something to keep me focused and balanced! Welcome back to this weeks Perfect Sentiments challenge! This weeks challenge is to create a card with a "get well" sentiment. The "twist" is to use the inspiration picture which we'll take a look at in just a moment.   For my card this week I wanted to keep it simple with color but magnificent with its texture and one color as a focal point. I like creating get well cards because I know that they will be sent to someone as a means of encouragement so it's got to be something that will bring a smile to the heart.  This card size is unique for me as I'm accustomed to regular A2 cards or squared cards.
