In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create a rich, layered background using a blend of earthy tones and bold color splashes. We’ll show you how to get painterly effects using Tim Holtz Distress Sprays in ways you may not have thought possible. Texture takes center stage as we explore a variety of script stamps, building depth and visual intrigue into every inch of your tag.
But we won’t stop at backgrounds. You’ll bring your creation to life using elements from the Tim Holtz Thinlits “Specimen” collection—perfect for adding dimension, character, and a little vintage flair. To finish things off, we’ll add beautifully bold butterflies from the Sizzix Flutter collection and tie it all together with distressed seam binding for that final touch of curated chaos.
